The NJ Department of Labor and Workplace Development sent out your 2008/2009 SUI rate notices* on Friday, August 8, 2008. If you are like most employers, it is likely that you will assume the information on this Notice is correct and either plan to or already have sent the information to your payroll department or payroll service bureau without first analyzing it.
